Thanks for shopping at The Skincare Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returning a online purchase:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This applies for Skincare products only. The Skincare Company reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria. To be eligible for a return:

1) the item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment

2) the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)

3) the item was purchased online at our official store (theskincarecompany.com.au)

Stockist Purchase:
If you purchased your products from a stockist of The Skincare Company, you are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy and must return to place of purchase for assessment. ** Please note that makeup is not refundable! ** Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items:
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact support@theskincarecompany.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return. Please include whether you are requesting a refund or replacement item. Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days.. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new Sales order to ship your replacement item. Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved by your purchasing merchant.

Return Shipping Costs:
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the item for assessment and we approve the return, we will send details to your email address on how to return the item at our cost.

The Skincare Company ships worldwide!

Australia:
All orders under $75 will require a shipping flat rate cost of $12 to cover shipping costs in Australia. All orders over $75 will be available for free express shipping. For all Australian orders, The Skincare Company is partnered with Australia Post and will be sent out using the “Express” service. This service allows very fast delivery times (1-3 business days to most parts of Australia) once the order has been processed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking emails directly from us. *PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Worldwide:
Deliveries to all other countries is via Australia Post. Various options for delivery will appear in the checkout window depending on the country that you are shipping to and all deliveries include tracking notifications and a signature on delivery.

Pre-orders:
